Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together the milk, coconut oil, eggs and honey until creamy.

Add the cornmeal, flour and baking soda, and mix until combined.

Pour into a pre-greased 13x9 baking dish and bake for 30-35minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Serving suggestion: Serve with a small bowl of honey for dipping.
