Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4 and line a large baking sheet with baking parchment.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and salt.

In a smaller bowl, whisk the vanilla, coconut oil, honey and mashed Chiquita banana until no lumps remain.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry then use your hands to mix everything together, so that everything is well coated and small clumps of granola form.

Pour onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye on it as it turns very quickly.

Serve with yogurt and honey.

TIP: Sprinkle over baked fruit for a healthy crumble topping.
